Maryland-Based Security Company Easter’s Lock & Access Systems Announces Three-Way Split

Easter’s Lock & Access Systems a Baltimore-Based Security Systems Company founded in 1953 announced plans to spinoff their one existing company into three different companies with seperate management and locations. Easter’s Lock & Access Systems a provider of mechanical and electronic locking systems will remain at their existing Towson location in Baltimore County. While Easter’s Access and Security Systems Inc. specializing in access control, video surveillance (cctv), fire & burglar alarm systems, and systems integration will relocate to a new location in Hunt Valley, Maryland. While Easter’s Bank Equipment & Security specializing in turnkey installation and project management of bank equipment will move to a new location in downtown Baltimore.
The move announced today by Robert Easter, President of Easter’s three divisions, stated that each division had reached a sufficient size and specialization in each field and by making such a move could better serve their customer base with more personalized service. However still remaining as a new or existing customers one source for all their security needs.
