Oracle of seasons was released along side The legend of zelda: Oracle of ages. The two games were playable together via link cable on the Gameboy Color. The original plan was to have 3 games which all interacted with each other but the developers ended up dropping one game due to the complexity. In seasons of ages the triforce transports link to Holodrum where he see's Onox kidnap Din. After completing both games the plot will be revealed.
